Who I Am

I’m not a motivational speaker. I’m a systems guy knocking doors since I was 11 years old. I finished #1 out of 3,000 reps at Vivint, and have spent the last decade building the playbooks that help reps and leaders sell more and build stronger teams.

I’ve built events, published bestselling books, launched training platforms, created software, and helped thousands of D2D companies level up their leadership, recruiting, culture, and sales systems. None of it is theory. It’s what I’ve lived.

The formula: Reps × Opportunities × Closing Percentage = More Money. Simple math. If you knock 30 doors a day instead of 20, and your close rate stays at 10%, you just gave yourself 50% more deals. That’s not motivation. That’s arithmetic.

You eat what you kill. Period. No one’s handing you a paycheck for showing up. This is about ownership, intensity, discipline, and earning your outcomes every single day.
